The CAT Certified Powertrain plus (CPT plus) program is a certified refurbishment program for the power train and any additional equipment components that allows you to give a second life to the machine. The customer receives a machine rebuilt to Caterpillar standards, supplemented with modern technological solutions, with dealer support and a 24-month or 6,000-hour warranty.
Workshop repair of CAT 973C included:
- Engine overhaul;
- Overhaul of transmission system components;
- Overhaul of hydraulic system components;
- Major overhaul of the undercarriage;
- Major overhaul of the operator's cab;
- Replacing all hoses;
- Repair and replacement of electrical system components;
- Frame repair (surfacing and boring work, welding repair of cracks, replacement of damaged elements, restoration of geometry);
- Repair and manufacture of working equipment parts (surfacing and boring, welding repair of cracks, replacement of damaged elements, restoration of geometry);
- Repair and manufacture of loader body elements.
In the course of the repair, restoration and machining work was carried out on most components of all loader systems.
